Clickers Participant List
We found the answer to the problem some of you have been having with your Participant lists. Remember when you set up your participant list to follow these directions.
- Select “Participant List Wizard”.
- Name your list(Period 1, Per. 2, etc.) Something you will remember that makes sense.
- Select “Manually specify location and participant ranges”.
- Click “Next”.
- Select “Education Template”.
- Click “Next”.
- Leave Default “Selected Fields”.
- Click “Next”.
- Do not make changes to the group page.
- Click “Next”.
- Click “Finish”.
- Fill in the Fields Listed with the information from your class. Last Name, First Name, etc.
- ***NOW THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP***
- In the top left select “File” then “Save”.
- Once it is saved select “Done”.
You have now created the list correctly so the assigned students match the numbers in the Response Table. This will also correctly give you list names of students in your Generated reports.
